Return Policy
Returns will be accepted up to 7 days
following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a return, your item must
be in an identical state to when you received it—unworn or unused, with the
card attached, and in its original packaging complete with the label and card.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:
1. Items must
be unused and have card(s) and label(s) attached.
2. The product
should be free of scratches or deformities.
3. In cases of
damaged, incorrect, or missing products received by the customer then authentic
unboxing video is mandatory.
4. The quality
assurance team will check return items received. Failing to meet any
expectations, the product will not be accepted as well as will be returned to
you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
5. Replacement
is possible with the same product only for damaged / incorrect items after the authentic
unboxing video is received.
6. If a
product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, it can be substituted with
another product of the same value.
7. If a
reverse pick-up service is unavailable for a particular address or pin code,
the customer must use a local courier service for the return. In such
instances, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
8. The return
retrieval will be scheduled for the initial delivery address
9. The return
once initiated takes 7-10 working days to get it delivered at our warehouse.
10. Return is
allowed only once.
